COVID-19 Updates & FAQs
Yes, we are still open for business. We appreciate that these are unusual times for all but we can confirm that we remain open for new business and we’re happy to cater to all customer requirements as long as they’re socially distanced and complying with the latest government guidelines.
Yes, our showroom is still open and you can visit us in High Wycombe. Our team adheres to all the latest government guidelines and social distancing rules. However, we would need you to book an appointment with us before coming to visit us so that we can make sure we’re not breaking any regulations.
Yes. Academy GB Doors are still offering free site surveys as usual. We’re also offering virtual appointments for anyone who isn’t too keen on our team visiting their property in person through these unusual times.
Academy GB Doors will run through some standard Covid-19 questions before we agree to do any work at your house. We will make sure there are no family members that may be particularly vulnerable – such as people over 70 or with underlying health issues – and we’ll take extra safety precautions where necessary.
During the visit, we will do the following:
- Wash and sanitise before entering your home.
- Wash and sanitise regularly throughout the day.
- Keep at least two metres apart.
- Wear disposable or protective gloves.
Yes. Our team is undertaking both installations and repairs. We would like to prioritise key workers but if there are any other emergency repairs that are needed and you need our team urgently, please call us directly.
Yes. As well as still undertaking repairs, we can also undertake installation works where it is safe to do so and we adhere to all latest government guidelines and social distancing rules.
